Besides separate operations as top performing enterprises, this joint venture is formed to establish a reliable manufacturing facility and inventory of US-made vinyl sheet piles in Salisbury, North Carolina. The alliance is to set the bar high for both Companies as to production and marketing capacity primarily in the Americas and eventually in international platform.
