TECHNOLOGY
Pietruchia ESC Inc. manufactures high-grade vinyl sheet piles in a modern factory in America as monolithic profiles using extrusion molding method. PESC-24, the introductory vinyl sheet pile profile is a product of tough polyvinyl chloride or PVC, modified with refining agents such as toughness modifiers, UV and thermal stabilizers and mineral filling components. PESC-24 vinyl sheet piles are environmental-friendly construction solutions sourced from closed-loop recycling method.
The use of an advanced machine park coupled with Pietrucha’s over 20 years’ experience in plastics processing guarantee the highest quality of the vinyl sheet piles manufactured by Pietrucha ESC Inc. The expertise applies to all mono-extrusion and co-extrusion processes attributed to clutches, interlocks, or material composition of a vinyl sheet pile, in conformity to different requirements of projects and clients.
Pietruchia ESC, Inc. produces both mono-extruded and co-extruded vinyl sheet piles which are easily installed to form efficient, long-lasting, and aesthetic walls. Mono-extrusion utilizes one compound, extruded through the entire body of the part. Co-extrusion is extruding two compounds at the same time into the desired finish of the sheet. This is obtained by using a typically economical substrate material to give the sheet its mass, and a superior skin to cover the exposed surfaces. Regardless of the extrusion process employed, PESC sheet piles are produced from premium raw materials that are highly weatherable, sustainable, and budget-friendly.
