PESC-24 vinyl sheet piles are manufactured employing advance material-selection processes that reduces carbon footprints and improves the product’s physical properties and life span. High quality vinyl sheet pile is a result of an effective QA/QC system present in the entire manufacturing stages. From the selection of materials to be recycled up to sorting and grinding, stringent control is implemented to ensure the quality of plastic compounds.
In the extrusion process, thorough supervision is implemented to attain the required geometrical specifications of the sheet pile product such as wall thickness, orientation angle of flanges, interlock dimensions, and more. Other important sequences such as calibration, cooling of extruded parts and color pigmentation are equally taken care of to ensure consistency of the finish products.
